Well, the day started off at a balmy 35 degrees... but Samantha managed to pull through with warm thoughts of the Carribean! Sam introduced me to her new love, Addie (sp??)... her beautiful colt shown in one of the previews.
We wanted to hit some railroad tracks, but Gardner's rail system is a bit too active for me to feel comfortable and safe with Sam... so we trekked to Baldwin City's Midland Train Depot. It proved to be worth the drive.
After the Depot, we scoured Baker University's campus, which is just absolutely beautiful this time of year with all of their large oak trees across the campus.
